Your privacy matters.

We’re a security company. Protecting information is what we do — and that includes yours.

Effective date: July 12, 2026

Who we are

Computer Concepts Inc. (“CCI,” “we,” “us”) is a managed IT and cybersecurity services company based in Denver, Colorado. This privacy notice explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website at www.computerci.com.

What we collect

We collect two categories of information:

Information you provide. When you use our contact form, you may provide:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Organization name (optional)
  • Areas of interest you select
  • Message content you write

Information collected automatically. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand general site traffic patterns. When you consent to analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects data such as pages visited, time on page, browser type, and general geographic region. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify individual visitors. If you do not consent, no analytics data is collected.

How we use your information

Information submitted through our contact form is used for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry. Specifically, we use it to:

  • Understand what you’re looking for
  • Follow up with you by email or phone
  • Determine whether our services are a good fit

That’s it. We don’t add you to marketing lists. We don’t send unsolicited emails. If we end up working together, any further data handling would be governed by a separate service agreement.

What we don’t do

  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties
  • We do not use your information for advertising or remarketing
  • We do not store payment information on this website
  • We do not build behavioral profiles of our visitors
  • We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13

Third-party services

We use a limited number of third-party services to operate this website:

  • Hosting: Netlify (serves web pages and processes form submissions securely)
  • Analytics: Google Analytics (aggregated traffic patterns, consent-required)
  • Consent management: A self-hosted cookie consent banner (manages your analytics preferences, no third-party service)
  • Fonts: Google Fonts (loaded for page display)

We do not use advertising networks, remarketing tools, social media tracking pixels, session replay tools, or chat widgets.

Hosting and security

This website is built as a static site with no server-side code, no content management system, no database, and no third-party plugins. All traffic is served over HTTPS with TLS encryption. Form submissions are processed through Netlify’s secure infrastructure and encrypted in transit and at rest.

This architecture was chosen deliberately. Static sites have a near-zero attack surface compared to traditional CMS platforms. As a cybersecurity company, we apply the same security standards to our own operations that we recommend to our clients.

Your choices

You control how your information is collected and used:

Cookie preferences. When you first visit our site, a consent banner lets you accept or decline analytics cookies. You can change your preference at any time by clicking the cookie settings link in the site footer. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no browsing data is collected.

Global Privacy Control (GPC). We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information and we suppress analytics tracking automatically.

Do Not Track. We also honor Do Not Track browser signals.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have specific privacy rights under applicable law.

All visitors may:

  • Request a copy of any personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate information
  • Ask us to delete your information
  • Withdraw any consent you’ve previously given

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and the purposes for which it is used, to request deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights. We will respond to verified requests within 45 days.

Colorado residents (CPA): You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. We do not engage in any of these activities.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at 303.756.9401 or through our contact page.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward in case of follow-up (typically no longer than 24 months). Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ standard retention settings and is not linked to individual identities.

Changes to this notice

If we update this privacy notice, we’ll revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here.
